REFUND POLICY

Effective from 1st May 2020

Once the subscription fee is paid by the subscriber, it can be refunded if the request for cancellation of subscription is made within 24 hours of subscription payment, in other case it is not refundable under any circumstances. However the subscribers can upgrade or downgrade their subscriptions which shall have effect from the subsequent billing cycle.

The 24 hours no question asked refund policy shall not be applicable where the user has already viewed more than 500 advertisements or he/she is identified to be abusing the payment systems and making intentional subscription and cancellation. The company shall not refund in such cases and may take appropriate legal action against the user, apart from blocking the IP of such user(s).

Upon cancellation of subscription and do not renew it further, the user will be able to view the ads for the unexpired period of subscription or until the user exhaust the number of ad blocks/credits, whichever is earlier. However after the cancellation of subscription the user shall not be charged further for the subscription.

Once the account of subscriber is cancelled by Adspace Limited he shall not re-register himself without a written consent from Adspace Limited. If he re-register himself without a written consent from Adspace Limited all dues and fees paid to date regardless of whether service has been rendered or not, shall be forfeited. Additionally, any amounts due shall be immediately payable.
